• Once moved from Requested to Waitlist, payment must be made immediately to secure and confirm your slot.

Let us know your Reclub name so we can add you to the digital queue.
✅ Tell us your playing level honestly
Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced — no pressure!
If you’re new, just say so. We’re happy to guide you and match you with the right group.
✅ New to Open Play? Just ask!
Not sure how rotations work? Unsure about scoring? Our team and players are always willing to help. Don’t hesitate to ask questions.
✅ Be patient with the rotation system
Everyone gets equal court time. Relax, watch games, cheer others on, and enjoy the vibe while waiting.

Feel free to ask for matchups — kindness and respect always come first.

It’s okay to make mistakes. Open Play is for improving, meeting new friends, and enjoying the game.


📌 CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before Open Play
• Payments are non-refundable
• Cancelled slots will be converted into Open Play credits for future sessions
