🙋 HOW TO JOIN?
1. Request to Join and get Waitlisted.
2. Pay the Game fee.
3. Be Confirmed. Play!

To keep our games organized, maximize slots, and avoid "No Shows," we require players to pay the game fee first to be confirmed.

Once you are waitlisted, kindly send your payment to the GCash above and upload your proof of payment so we can confirm your slot! Only Confirmed players will be given slots to play. First come, first served rules apply.


💸 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure everyone gets a fair chance to play, we implement a Cancellation Freeze:
• Cancellation Freeze: Starts 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Refunds: Cancellations made before the 24-hour window are eligible for a refund or credit.
• No Refunds: Once the Cancellation Freeze is activated (within 24 hours of the game), no refunds or credits will be issued.
