🎾 ABOUT THE SESSION

This session is made exclusively for beginners who want to enjoy the game in a relaxed setting.

Pairs will be assigned and rotated for different matches throughout the 2-hour doubles session.

Players can expect to play approximately 4 games during the 2-hour session, depending on how long each round lasts and overall match flow. We do our best to maximize court time while keeping rotations fair and enjoyable for everyone 😊

No pressure, no intimidation—just a supportive space to:

* Build confidence on court
* Meet fellow beginner players

😊 Friendly note: Beginners joining should be able to exchange simple rallies so everyone gets to enjoy consistent play.

🎾 MECHANICS – SLOT RESERVATION

1. Players must join the waitlist first.
2. Once waitlisted, send your payment via GCash.
3. Only confirmed payments = secured slot.
4. Slots are limited and will be given on a first paid, first served basis.

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY

⏰ A 24-hour cancellation freeze applies before the session.

💳 All payments are non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel.

🌧️ If the session is affected by uncontrollable events (e.g., rain or natural disasters), it will be rescheduled.

❌ If you cancel (before the 24-hour freeze or after rescheduling), you may:

👯‍♂️ Transfer your slot to another player, or
🎟️ Use your payment as a credit for a future session.

🌧️ BAD WEATHER & VENUE POLICY

To ensure fairness and safety for all members, the following applies during inclement weather and venue-related restrictions:

🚫 Authority to Cancel

* Sessions may be cancelled due to:
* Unsafe weather conditions 🌧️⚡
* Venue restrictions

⏰ Before Session Start

* If a session is cancelled due to weather or venue policy:
* Players may reschedule to another available session 🔄, or
* Use their payment as credit for future bookings

🎾 During the Session

* If play is stopped due to weather or venue policy:
* Less than 45 min → Full session credit 💳
* More than 45 min → Session is considered consumed ✅

📢 Transparency

* The club will communicate updates as early as possible.
* Venue-imposed cancellations are beyond the club’s control, but will be handled fairly.

🛑 Safety First

* Play will not continue under unsafe conditions (e.g., lightning, slippery courts).

Please complete your payment via GCash through the “Payment” tab (located at the top of the screen under your selected event). After payment, upload or take a screenshot of your proof and send it to any of the hosts for confirmation.
