📣 ANNOUNCEMENT + OPEN PLAY RESERVATION GUIDELINES

📍 Open Play Session
🕓 Time: 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM (5 hrs)
💰 Rate: ₱120 per head

📋 OPEN PLAY RESERVATION GUIDELINES
✅ All players who request to join will be waitlisted initially. You may include +1 guest if needed.
✅ First to upload payment receipt in the chat = first confirmed.
✅ Make sure your receipt clearly shows the reference number for verification.
✅ Upload your receipt in both the chat box and the payment tab.
✅ Confirmation is based on receipt upload time in the chat box.

🔁 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
❌ No refunds or reschedules will be granted within 8 hours of the scheduled Open Play.
❌ If you cancel less than 8 hours before the session or during the session itself, no refunds/reschedules will be allowed.
✅ You may transfer your slot to another player on the waitlist.

⚠️ If you’re confirmed but can no longer attend, please click the “Can’t Go” option before the 8-hour freeze time.

🚫 Once the session is announced as FULL, please do not send payment.
🚫 Payments sent after full capacity is reached will not be refunded.
✅ Slot transfers are allowed — you’ll be responsible for coordinating with a waitlisted player.

🚶 You may still show up to register in person as a walk-in waitlist, but there is no guarantee of playtime.

🔐 IMPORTANT REMINDERS

1. All reservations must be made through Reclub.
2. Only players on the confirmed list will be allowed to play.
3. When uploading your payment receipt, please include your name and your +1’s name (if applicable) on the image or note field.
