Welcome to ATL’s social session. This is an open gender session for everyone. We cater to players who are beginners and intermediates. This is a friendly play for everyone.

4 OUTDOOR courts:
Court 1 to Court 4

THE BASIC RULES :
• A minimum of 6 players to start the session. Max of 8 players per court.
• Scoring method will be Rally to 15 and sudden death at 14-14.
• Stack your paddles to ensure smooth & efficient rotation.

Pls indicate your Name per Reclub, Date & Venue under Remarks of payment receipt. Example: Eunice Loo - Apr 24 Picklesquad Jelutong.

1) After you REQUEST wait for the host to move you to the WAITLIST
2) Please make your payment ONLY AFTER the host has placed you on the Waitlist.

PROOF OF PAYMENT :
1) Post your payment receipt to the session Chat after payment made for a faster response.
2) DO NOT private message the host.

CONFIRMATION :
1) The host will confirm your spot by moving you to the Confirmed Player List.

FULL HOUSE RULE :
• Avoid late payment to prevent missing out on the session.
• Do not make payment if the session is already FULL.

REFUND POLICY :
• Cancellation Requests for refunds must be made within the stipulated time frame.
• The session will be automatically cancelled if fewer than 6 participants confirm attendance 12 hours before the session begins. We will prepare refunds for all players who have paid. Please provide us with your TNG number in the session chat.

Rain Refund Policy (Calculated by Hour)
• If more than 50% of the hour is played → No refund for that hour
• If less than 50% of the hour is played → Refund will be given in credit (RM value)
• Credit can be used for future social play sessions
• No cash refund is allowed

Example Scenario:
Session Fee : RM18
If the session starts at 7 pm and rain begins at 7.45 pm

• 7PM – 8PM: More than 50% played → No refund
• 8PM – 9PM: Cannot play → RM6 credit
• 9PM – 10PM: Cannot play → RM6 credit

(Total credit: RM12)

Credits can be used to offset fees for your next social play sessions 👍
