Pickleball Open Play – Schedule, How to Join & Guidelines

THURSDAY | 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

We may also open sessions on other days, depending on court availability. Check Reclub for updates.

✅️ How to Join
1. Click “Request to Join” on Reclub
2. Pay ₱300 via GCash to: AL*** R JO*N P. – 0917-825-1957
3. Upload your payment receipt via the ‘Upload Payment Receipt’ tab on Reclub— or send us a DM in the same tab

Your slot is confirmed only after payment is verified.

❌️ Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 1 day before the intended OP schedule will no longer be eligible for a refund and rebooking.
- Refund or Rebooking may be honored if requested earlier the intended OP schedule. Rebooking should be claimed within 7days

If it’s your first time using Reclub, message us — we’re happy to help you get set up.

🏓Play Rules
- Paddle stacking will be used for fair rotation
- All levels will be rotated evenly
- Respect everyone — on and off the court

⚠️Waiver and Release of Liability By joining this event, I acknowledge that participating in pickleball carries certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, falls, collisions, or damage to personal property. I understand that these risks are inherent in any physical activity and accept full responsibility for my participation.

I agree that I am voluntarily joining this event and assume all risks associated with playing, whether caused by my own actions, the actions of others, the equipment, or the playing environment.

I release and hold harmless the event organizers, hosts, venue staff, and any affiliated individuals or groups from any and all claims or liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that may arise from my participation.

By participating, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to the terms set forth above.
