📋Waitlist, Payment & Replacement Policy
- Once you are placed on the waitlist, payment must be made promptly
- Your slot will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment

- If you are unable to attend after confirmation, please find your own replacement where possible and inform the host of the replacement details in advance

- Games are designed to be enjoyable and inclusive, with fun, friendly, healthy competitive spirit
- Player should be able to serve consistently and sustain short rallies. This session is not suitable for beginners, so those who are new to the game may find it challenging to participate.
- Franklin X40 balls will be provided
- Games will be played to 15 points
- All court 4 In 4 Out
- Paddle Queue System
- BYOP – Bring Your Own Paddle
- The first batch on court will do a short warm-up. The second batch will proceed straight into the game and start the paddle queue, keeping the games running smoothly for the night
- Acceptance is solely based on host’s discretion, to balance the games

- Participation is at your own risk. While pickleball is enjoyable, accidents may occur.
- The host shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages.
- By participating, you confirm that you are fit to play and will stop immediately if you feel unwell.
- You agree to comply with all event rules and court rotation guidelines to ensure fair play for everyone.
- By participating, you consent to any photography and video recordings taken during the session being used for social media and promotional purposes without compensation.
