• No refund policy — fees are non-refundable but transferable
• Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the event
• Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in
• Non-members are welcome to join
• Respect the rotation system, the facility, and fellow players
• Wear proper active attire and court shoes
• If rain prevents the Open Play from starting, a full refund will be issued
