Important Details :

1. ENSURE AVAILABILITY
- Make sure you only book a schedulle that you can trully attend.

2. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
- Steps :💡 REQUEST > UP TO CONFIRMED LIST BY ADMIN/HOST > PAYMENT ✅
- Do not make payment before your reservation status changes to ""CONFIRMED"".
- ⁠⛔️ DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT IF YOU ARE STILL ON THE REQUESTED/WAITLISTED⛔️
- ⁠Payment is only valid after host/admin confirm your slot.

3. SECURE YOUR SLOT
- Complete the payment promptly to secure your slot.

4. PROOF OF PAYMENT
- Send proof of payment in the designated meet/chat or upload it on your slot.
- Don't DM the host directly for payment receipts to make things easier to understand and to keep things organized!

5. FAILURE TO CONFIRM PAYMENT AFTER REMINDERS
- Failure to confirm payment after reminders may result in slot replacement.

6. UNPAID SLOTS
- Unpaid slots can be replaced by the host/admin at any time.

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY ⚠️

1. CANCELLATION BEFORE H-48 HOURS
- Cancellations can be made before H-48 hours from the schedule, and you will receive a refund to your account. Rich will be responsible for finding a replacement.

2. NO REFUND/CANCELLATIONS AFTER H-48 HOURS
- Cancellations made within H-48 hours from the schedule will not be eligible for a refund or deposit.

3. SLOT TRANSFER AFTER H-48 HOURS
- Although cancellations within H-48 hours are not refundable, you can still transfer your slot to another person (with RICH's approval). You are required to find your own replacement.

4. RICH’S REPLACEMENT POLICY
- To prevent impulsive slots war & last minute cancellations, Rich will not provide a replacement. If Rich provides a replacement after cancellation within H-48 hours, the refund or deposit policy will not apply.
These rules are designed to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all parties involved. Please make sure you understand and follow these rules to avoid any issues in the future.
