📣 PICKLEBALL OPEN PLAY GAME SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT 🏓

Hello everyone,

We are pleased to announce an upcoming pickleball session on may 4, 2026 at 9-12mn court 3&4). Kindly arrive 15–30 minutes early for registration, warm-up, and proper match organization.

⏰ PUNCTUALITY & FAIR PLAY
All participants are expected to be on time to ensure smooth rotation and equal playing opportunities. Late arrivals may be queued accordingly.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING
• Pickleball paddle
• Balls (extra balls are encouraged)
• Proper sports attire and non-marking shoes
• Water / hydration
• Towel
• Extra shirt (optional)

📋 GAME FORMAT & FLOW

To maintain fairness and efficiency, games will follow standard pickleball rules:
• Games are played up to 11 points (win by 1)
• Double-bounce rule and non-volley zone (kitchen) rules strictly apply
• Observe proper serving rotation and sportsmanship at all times

📱 MATCHING & QUEUE SYSTEM

To ensure organized gameplay, we will be using PickleQ or the matches indicated in the Reclub Meet, depending on final setup:

• Players must check in upon arrival
• Match assignments will follow either:
– PickleQ (queue-based rotation), or
– Pre-arranged matches via Reclub Meet
• Please monitor your match schedule or queue position at all times
• Be ready when called; failure to respond may result in forfeiting your turn
• Strictly no skipping or unauthorized substitutions

📌 Final system to be used will be announced before the games start, so please stay attentive.
