🏟️Venue: John Hay Sports Pavilion
🎯Player Limit: 26
💵 Fee: ₱350 (Includes court share and balls)
🎾 Courts: 3 courts on the first hour and 4 courts on the last 2 hours

🧾HOW TO JOIN
To confirm your participation, full payment is required.
1️⃣STEP 1: Submit a Join Request via the RECLUB App
2️⃣STEP 2: Pay via GCash or Maya
Note: Pay only if slot is still available 🙂
3️⃣STEP 3: Upload your payment receipt (screenshot) in the “Payment” tab on RECLUB
4️⃣STEP 4: Once the host confirms your payment, your slot is secured and you’ll be officially accepted to play

✔️ 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗣𝗔𝗬 = 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗠𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗟𝗢𝗧
✔️ Players who have not paid may be moved to the 𝗪𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 once slots are nearly full.
✔️ Players on the 𝗪𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 may still send payment and will be confirmed once slots are still open.
✔️ If you are waitlisted, your slot is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

👌🏼CODE OF CONDUCT

🤝 Sportsmanship: Participants are expected to maintain the highest level of integrity, observing honest line calls and disciplined behavior at all times.

🤝 Court Etiquette: Proper court decorum must be observed, including efficient ball retrieval and prompt, seamless transitions between matches.

🤝 Discipline: Any form of harassment, verbal abuse, or unsafe play will result in immediate removal from the session without eligibility for a refund.

✅ LIABILITY WAIVER
By participating in this event, players voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with the sport. The organizer, venue management, and its affiliates shall be held free and harmless from any liability regarding:

1. Physical injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies sustained on-site.
2. Loss, theft, or damage of personal property.

🕵️ PRIVACY & MEDIA POLICY
Consent: Participation constitutes automatic consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional, marketing, and community documentation purposes.

Usage: Captured media will be used exclusively for official event recaps and social media promotions. No personal or sensitive data will be shared publicly.

Opt-out: Participants who prefer to be excluded from media coverage must notify the Organizer prior to the commencement of the session.
