2. Any Reclub member may add plus 1.
3. Wait to be added to the waitlisted players.
4. Pay the fee only after you're on the waitlisted players.
5. Upload your receipt to the game chat. Please do not send payment directly to TAGS staff or via text message
6. Please note that you must be listed as a confirmed player before coming.
7. All paid and confirmed bookings are final. No cancellations, no rescheduling, and no retunds, except when TAGS Pickleball is unable to honor the booking.
8. Label your paddles with your NAME.
9. Only one paddle per player must be stacked.

Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in sports activities, including but not limited to pickleball, badminton, tennis, and other court sports, involves inherent risks of physical injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment-related injuries, and any other injuries that may occur.

Health Declaration: I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in sports activities. I will inform staff immediately if I experience any discomfort or health issues during my visit.

Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless this facility, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from my participation in activities at this facility.

Facility Rules: I agree to follow all posted rules, regulations, and instructions from staff members. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.

Personal Property: I understand that the facility is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Photo/Video Consent: I consent to being photographed or recorded during facility events for promotional purposes, unless I notify staff otherwise.
