✅ Payment First Policy
To secure your slot, payment must be completed through the Payment Tab in ReClub. Join requests will only be approved after payment has been received and verified.

How to Pay:

1. Open the event in ReClub.
2. Go to the Payment Tab.
3. Complete your payment.
4. Wait for your registration to be approved.
5. Only pay if there are available slots on the confirmed list.

⚠️ Cancellation/ Refund- 12 hours before the event. only.

💰 Meet Fee:
₱180 - non member
₱150 - members

⏰ Please Be On Time
Arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure smooth court assignments and maximize playing time for everyone.

🏓 Open Play Format

* Games are played straight to 11 points.
* No win-by-2 requirement.
* Please rotate promptly after each game to keep play moving.

📋 Basic Pickleball Rules

* Underhand serve only.
* Serve diagonally into the opposite service court.
* Observe the two-bounce rule (serve and return must bounce before volleys are allowed).
* No volleying inside the Non-Volley Zone (Kitchen).
* Players are responsible for making fair and honest line calls.
* Replays will only be granted for safety issues or obvious interference.

🤝 Sportsmanship & Court Conduct

* Respect all players, organizers, and venue staff.
* Encourage fellow players and maintain a positive attitude.
* Avoid excessive celebrations, arguments, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
* Paddle taps at the end of every game are encouraged.
* Organizers reserve the right to remove participants whose behavior negatively affects the experience of others.
