Payment
• Pay only after you are moved from requested to waitlisted players.
• Upload payment receipt for faster confirmation.

Refund & Slot Policy
• Once confirmed, slots are non-refundable.
• Players may arrange to sell their own slots if unable to attend.
• Refunds or credits will only be provided if the session is cancelled by the organizers.
