3 Hr 002 Social Showdown – Mighty Picklers × Gerens Pickleball Academy (GPA)

Friday morning is your time for good games, good sweat, and good company — enthusiastic 3 hour play using the traditional 002 scoring system (Play by 11 points, serve to win)🔥

We have 3 courts available with 7 players per court, and will open a 4th court upon reaching quorum.

1. Skill Level: > 2.5 (able to serve and return consistently)

2. The organizers reserve the right to adjust the paddle stacking system to ensure smooth and efficient rotation, with balanced skill levels for fair and enjoyable games.

3. Game Format: Traditional Scoring 002 — play to 11 points (serve to win).

4. Fee: RM26 per person.
5. Payment via TnG: 012-4093186 (Ewe Lyn May).

6. Play slot reservation is based on first pay, first secured basis.

7. Unpaid slots will be opened to waitlisted players.
Those who complete payment early will receive priority.

8. Once requested, you will be placed in waitlist (subject to qualification).
If the main list is already full, slot cannot be guaranteed.

9. If you wish to play in a specific matchup, kindly place the 4 paddles together and allow those in line to rotate in first.

10. No cancellations or refunds within 16 hours from game time.

11. Replacement of slot: If you find a friend to replace you, kindly inform the host with your friend’s name and Reclub details. Failure to do so means the slot will not be recognised and no refund will be given.

12. No price reduction if you leave early (e.g. playing 2 hours instead of 3 hours).

13. Kindly note that the hosts reserve the right to select participants to ensure a balanced, fun, and harmonious playing environment for everyone.

14. By joining our social game, you acknowledge that you are physically and medically fit to participate. Hosts are not liable for any injury or unforeseen incidents during the session.
