[FULL] City Beach Open Gym

**Please note: this facility does not take cash payments. Payments are taken via card, no touchless payments available at this time**

You must have your full name and photo on your account to be accepted to meet.

Once the meet is marked “[FULL]”, we will no longer be accepting walk-ins.

PRE-GAME:
Send your full roster to the meet chat so we can assign your team to a court and color.
Please only send a roster once your entire team is requested/waitlisted. Your team will not be confirmed if your players aren’t listed.

If you are a free agent or looking for players to fill your team, please send your positions/needed positions to find people to play with.

*NOTE*
Hosts are not responsible for creating teams or putting players together. Team making is player responsibility. Full teams are given priority.

GAMES:
The first 2 teams to check in for each court will play first, followed by the next complete teams. Free agent players will fill in for incomplete teams or be put together to make one full team.

Please have all members of your team ready when their game is about to start. If a team is incomplete when their turn is up, they forfeit their spot and the next team on the lineup will be sent to play.

Playing order will be posted on each court, please follow the order set on the sheet.

GAME RULES:

- Games will be played to 25
- Teams may play 2 games max. After 2 games, win or lose, you must hop off.
- The team that plays next MUST keep score for the ongoing game.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times while inside the facility. If you are in the facility without a wristband you will be asked to leave with no refund.
- Court hopping is not permitted, please play your games at your assigned courts to make sure everyone gets the max amount of games.

Also we want to remind everyone that this is an open gym not a tournament. So please be nice to each other and have fun. If you have any questions please message one of the hosts.
