🎾 Level BEGINNER to INTERMEDIATE, strictly NOT FOR newbie (make sure to self assess just as to make sure the session is effective for everyone 🫶🏻
👥 Coach IWAN SUWANDI (experience and certified coach with 20+ years experience)
Max 8 orang (kelas jalan jika minimal 6 orang ikut)
🎾 Include: ball, ballboy, court. Bring your own racket and water. It's fine not to bring shades or cap 'cos it's an indoor training 💪🏻

Sessions include structured and intense drills to reinforce forehand & backhand mechanics, and other movement (volley, smash, service), movement patterns, recovery steps, and controlled rallying. Coach will also teach about tactics when facing opponents and when you are in the game.
