Defense Clinic (⚪️🟡🟠⚫️)

This will be a 3 hour skill development session for those who are looking to improve their gameplay and rating

I will be instructing with one assistant, providing feedback, and answering any questions you may have!

For this session, We will focus on defense mechanics and positioning. You can expect specific training on the following:

- Serve receive
- Base defense
- Zone coverage
- Passing/digging/diving mechanics
- Blocking mechanics

We will take gameplay breaks focusing on what we’ve learned—the goal is to condition our new knowledge and commit it to muscle memory

Teams will consist of ⚪️🟡🟠⚫️ skill levels! As usual, we will be running 5-1 rotations with the following positions:

1 Setter
2 Outsides
2 Middles
1 Opposite
1 Libero

💰 Payment: all fees should be submitted digitally via Venmo or Zelle (see the payments tab above for handle links) Please do this only once the 24-hour cancellation freeze is in place to avoid extra transactions / refunds.

Make sure to attach your receipt to your RSVP, this makes it much easier to confirm your payment. If done correctly, there will be a little receipt icon on your player bubble for the session.
