📢 slot cancellation policy (please read)

hi everyone! to keep our badminton sessions smooth, fair, and enjoyable for all, we’re implementing a 12-hour cancellation freeze for queued slots.

here’s how it works:

🏸 slots reserved before the 12-hour mark
if you reserved your slot more than 12 hours before the session and cancel within the final 12 hours, you’ll only need to pay if no one else takes your slot.

🏸 slots reserved within the 12-hour window
if you joined during the 12-hour freeze period, you’re free to cancel without payment, since you signed up after the cancellation window had already begun.

🏸 last-minute cancellations/no shows (applies if the queue hasn’t reached the target number of players)
if a no show/cancellation happens very close to game time (around an hour or even 20 minutes before the session), you’ll still need to pay for your slot regardless of when you joined, as it becomes very difficult to refill the spot.

please also note that zone makati has a strict court cancellation policy, which is the main reason for this guideline. this helps ensure courts don’t go unused and that everyone’s time is respected.
