• Slot Confirmation: Slot is confirmed once payment is made. Unpaid slots may be released.

• Cancellation / Freeze: Allowed up to 2 hours before the schedule. Within 2 hours = slot considered used and non-refundable.

• No-Show: Slot is forfeited if absent without prior notice.

• Check-In: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.
