[Waitlist & Payment]
1. Join the waitlist if you're ready to confirm and play.
2. Once moved to confirmed, a Stripe payment link will be sent to you in chat.
3. Complete payment promptly. No reminders will be sent.
4. Post your payment screenshot in the chat, or send it directly to both hosts.
5. Your spot is only secured once payment is received. Unpaid slots may be released to the next player on the waitlist.

[Cancellation Policy]
Free cancellation with a full cash refund if you inform the facilitator more than 24 hours before the session. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours.

[Rain Policy]
• Heavy rain before the session begins: Session may be cancelled. The facilitator will notify all confirmed players and a full cash refund will be issued.
• Light rain or drizzle: Play continues. Players who choose to stop may request a prorated cash refund from the facilitator based on time remaining.
• Moderate to heavy rain mid-session: Refunds are prorated based on duration of rainfall. Request via the facilitator.

All cash refunds are processed within 2 working days.

[Participation Agreement]
By registering, you confirm that:
• You participate entirely at your own risk.
The organisers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the session.
• You are medically fit to play and will stop immediately if you feel unwell.
• You will follow all session rules, rotations, and facilitator instructions.
• You consent to photography and video taken during the session being used for social media and promotional purposes without compensation.
