Each week, we focus on a different core foundation — from shots, movement, positioning, to game awareness — so players can improve step by step with structure and confidence.

Sessions combine technical drills, guided repetition, and live play to help players understand why and when to use each skill, not just how.

• 100 balls provided
• 1 court booked
• Cancellation freeze: 24 hours before session start
• No-shows without notice will be banned from future sessions
• Host reserves the right to change venue if unavailable
