To ensure our games run smoothly and remain fair for everyone, we are implementing a new reservation rule. This policy addresses previous issues where "no-shows" occurred without payment of the penalty fee, forcing attending players to shoulder the extra costs for court and shuttle fees. Since we book courts based on the participant list, this system is necessary to maintain order.

To secure your slot, please follow these steps:



Waitlist Status: Upon signing up, you will initially be placed on "waitlist." (If you are accepted without an initial payment and fail to attend, you will still be liable for the final fees).

P.S: before sending initial payment, please wait to be waitlisted.

Initial Payment: Upload a screenshot of your proof of payment (initial ₱200) to the specific event thread before the scheduled meet.

Verification: Once your deposit is verified, you will be moved to the official Participants List.

Deadline: If the initial payment is not received within 24 hours, your slot will be denied.



Final Fees: Once the session ends, the final queue fee will be calculated. Please settle the remaining balance (Total Fee - ₱200 Deposit) before leaving the venue.
