📣 Registration Flow of Players:
1. Request to Join.
2. Chat with the admin to confirm the availability of the slot.
3. Make payment and send the payment proof to the admin.
4. Listed as Participant.

🔔Rules of the Game:
🎯Upper Beginner - Intermediate level players: Serve and Return success rate of at least 70%.
🏆The format is to win 4 Games per match, with deuce and sudden death.
👫Maximum slots: 6.

⚠️Cancellation & Reschedule Policy ⚠️
1. Cancellations and rescheduling are NOT allowed so you can sell your slot independently on our WhatsApp group.
2. The host will cancel the game session when the number of joined players is 1. If 2 or 3 players join the game, the game will continue as a Single Game.

📜REFUND POLICY; PLEASE READ 📌
1. Indoor court: No refund.
2. Outdoor Court:
- If it rains before the event starts, 100% refund as a reschedule pass.
- If it rains within 30 minutes after the event starts, 50% refund.
- If it rains 30 minutes after the event starts, NO refund.
3. Other: NO refunds will be given to any player due to the late arrival of other players.
