✏️ 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐔𝐏 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒
1. Request to join a particular meet.
2. Pay the court fee as stated above through GCash.
3. Upload payment receipt in the “payment” tab.
4. Admin will approve once payment has been verified.
5. In case you will not be able to secure the slot because the slots are already full, a refund will be given or you may inform the admin to apply it to another scheduled meet. Provided, you can also successfully request for a slot in the next meet.

❌ 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘
1. No refund in case of cancellation.
2. The player, however, can transfer their reserved slot to another player. The player must inform the admin of the cancellation and transfer so that the admin can apply the changes NO LATER THAN 3:00 p.m. on the day of play. Admin has the right decline replacement for failure to comply with the deadline.
3. The waitlisted or substitute player can only play once the admin confirms the replacement of the slots.
