Welcome to F&L Swimming Community, a private and supportive space exclusively for female and ladies only to learn and master the art of swimming with confidence.

💎 What We Offer:

1. Private Swimming Lessons
Personalized one-on-one or small group coaching sessions led by experienced female instructors.


2. Complete Skill Development
Our intensive swimming program focuses on:

Stroke Techniques: Freestyle, Butterfly, Backstroke, and Breaststroke

Leg Kicking Techniques

Technical Breathing Mastery for all four strokes



3. Class Duration
⏱️ Each class runs for 1.5 hours to ensure quality learning and practice time.


4. Class Booking & Payment Policy

Minimum booking: 2 sessions per participant

Full payment is required upon reservation for intensive sessions

Ticket entry to the pool is excluded from the lesson fee

No cancellations allowed on D-Day (same day)

Rescheduling is allowed until H-1 (one day before) with a 50% reschedule fee
