OPEN PLAY PICKLEBALL GUIDELINES

1. REGISTRATION PROCESS
▪︎ ​Submit your request to join the group.
▪︎ ​You will be placed on a waitlist; a minimum of 8 players is required before you can be added to the activity.
▪︎ ​We will notify you once we reached 8 players and send you the payment link

2. MINIMUM PLAYERS
▪︎ A minimum of 8 players is required to start open play.
▪︎ If the minimum is not met, the session may be rescheduled.

3. ROTATION SYSTEM
▪︎ Games are played in a rotation format (usually 4 players per court).
▪︎ Waiting players queue and rotate in after each game.

4. GAME FORMAT
▪︎ Standard scoring to 11 points (win by 2).
▪︎ Rally scoring or traditional scoring can be applied.

5. PAYMENT POLICY
▪︎ Players must settle payment before the day of schedule.
▪︎ Slots are confirmed before the payment.
▪︎ No refunds will be given for no-shows, late arrivals, or schedule conflicts.

6. PUNTUALITY
▪︎ Players should arrive on time.
▪︎ Late arrivals may lose their slot or be placed at the end of the queue.

7. COURT ETIQUETTE
▪︎ Respect all players and calls.
▪︎ Call balls honestly ("in" or "out").
▪︎ Avoid interrupting on-going games.

8. EQUIPMENT
▪︎ Players may bring their own paddles.
▪︎ Shared balls may provided to organizer.

Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in sports activities, including but not limited to pickleball, badminton, tennis, and other court sports, involves inherent risks of physical injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment-related injuries, and any other injuries that may occur.

Health Declaration: I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in sports activities. I will inform staff immediately if I experience any discomfort or health issues during my visit.

Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless this facility, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from my participation in activities at this facility.

Facility Rules: I agree to follow all posted rules, regulations, and instructions from staff members. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.

Personal Property: I understand that the facility is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Photo/Video Consent: I consent to being photographed or recorded during facility events for promotional purposes, unless I notify staff otherwise.
