BOOKING & PAYMENT PROCESS
1. Request to join on Reclub.
2. If slots are available (not yet 40/40), you may upload your payment.
3. Upload proof of payment on Reclub (not via private message).
4. Slots are secured strictly based on payment upload time.
5. Only players moved to "Confirmed" are officially secured.
6. Walk ins are available if meet is not full.

⚠️One account = one player = one slot.
⚠️Once slots are FULL (44/44), DO NOT send payment.
⚠️Payment sent when slots are already full does NOT guarantee a slot and will be applied to the next available Open Play schedule.


STRICT POLICY

🟣 No cancellation 2 hours before open play
🟣 No Refund once the open play has started.
🟣 Refund payment should be informed 2 hours prior to open play.
🟣 No Show = No Refund
🟣 No substitutions once Open Play has started.
🟣 1 Credits are only permitted if Open Play is cancelled due to weather or court maintenance.
🟣 Balls are provided by the club.
