Players must update their Reclub self-rating before joining.
If you already have a DUPR rating, use that rating to determine your bracket.

🎯 Format
• Mixed doubles
• First to 11 (win by 2)
• 10 rounds
• Guaranteed 5 games per player
• Matches submitted to DUPR

📋 Match Line-Up & Flow
• Match line-ups will be generated at the start of the session
• Players are responsible for monitoring their assigned matches via Reclub
• Players must be on court and ready before their match starts

Failure to monitor your schedule is not a valid reason for delay or absence and may result in a forfeit.

⏱ Schedule & Time Discipline
• Start time is strictly enforced — all rounds follow a fixed timeline
• Matches start exactly as scheduled — no delays will be allowed
• A 2-minute call time will be given before each round
• Players must be on court and ready at match start
• No grace period once the round begins
• Delays affect not only your match but the entire session

❗ Forfeit Rule
• Players not on court at match start will forfeit the game immediately
• Forfeited matches will not be submitted to DUPR
• No rescheduling, replay, or substitution will be allowed

⚠️ Commitment
• This session follows a fixed rotation system
• Players are required to stay for the full duration
• Leaving early may affect match distribution and DUPR reporting

🌦 Outdoor Session
• Matches may be delayed or canceled if weather conditions become unsafe
