3 Teams Format
Maximum 15 players per session
Each match capped at 15 minutes
Winner stays
A team that wins 2 consecutive games must rotate in order to ensure that everyone get the fair share of game time


Ban Policy
Participants may be banned for:
Bad sportsmanship
Self-inviting without host approval
Frequent cancellations after the 12-hour freeze period
No-show without prior notice

Call-Off Policy
Sessions may be cancelled if:
Fewer than 13 participants
Court is unavailable
Refunds will be arranged accordingly

Cancellation Policy
12-hour freeze period before the session
No refunds will be given within 12 hours of the session as the slots has been reserve

Exceptional Policy
Refund requests within the 12-hour freeze period will be considered case-by-case
Approval is subject to the host’s discretion
