How to sign up via RECLUB:
1. Your game request will be confirmed once your payment is received.

2. Please upload proof of payment to the PAYMENT TAB for your PLUS ONE, or just let the group chat know you've made the payment.

3. Remember, slots aren’t confirmed until we get the payment.

4. If payment isn't received within 6 hours before your start time, your reservation might be forfeited and given to someone on the waitlist.

5. Confirmation & Payment
- No Pay, No Confirmation, No Play!
Ensure payment is made to confirm your spot. No exceptions.

6. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before the event.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior are not eligible for a refund.

7. No Show Policy
- No Show = No Refund
Please inform us if you'll be unable to attend.

8. Event Details
- Date & Time: March 3, 2026 | 9 PM – 11 PM (2 hours)
- Venue: Asenso Gym, Luinab, Iligan City
- Courts: 4 Indoor Courts
- Maximum Players: 26 (waitlist applies once slots are full)
- Level: Open to all levels (Beginner to Advanced)
- Game Rules: Played to 11 points
- Player Limit: Each player can bring only one (+1) guest.

9. Additional Notes
- Arrive early to secure your spot.
- Waitlist: If slots are full, join the waitlist. You will be contacted if a spot opens.
- Enjoy and play fairly!
