Golden Day Pickleball – Reclub Rules & Regulations
1. STRICTLY Payment First Policy
Slots are confirmed only after payment.
To move from waitlist or secure your slot, payment must be completed.
All players are required to upload their receipt in the payment tab.

3. Cancellation Policy - NON REFUNDABLE
Cancellation must be made at least 6 hours before the start of the Open Play schedule.

PAYMENT CREDIT - Only valid if cancellation is made at least 6 hours prior to the start of schedule. Valid only once.

4. Booking Confirmation
The Admin will confirm your booking in Reclub once the payment receipt has been verified.

5. Waitlist & Walk-ins
Waitlisted players and walk-ins may still proceed to the court.
They will be allowed to play if slots become available.

6. Liability Disclaimer
Golden Day Pickleball (GDP) is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents during Open Play.
By participating, you accept full responsibility for your safety and health.
