🏆 Format

Fixed Doubles – Choose your partner or have one assigned. (Inform the host of your preference)

Courts open at 10:00 PM, first round of matches starts at 10:10 PM.

Total of 9 teams, all teams will play each other once over 4 courts. Matches will be auto-generated on Reclub, so there will be occassions where teams will be required to play back to back matches.

Teams are to confirm the score after each match completion.

Rally scoring to 15, deuce at 14-14 (win by 2), sudden death at 17-17.

Rules are as per the 2026 USA Pickleball Rulebook.

Registration & Payment

All registrations are confirmed only upon full payment. Slots are limited and secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please make payment only if you’re waitlisted. The host reserves all rights to admit any participant depending on skill level to ensure balance of play.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation freeze applies 12 hours before the session start time.

Participants who are confirmed and have made payment will not be eligible for refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or withdrawals made within 12 hours of the session.

Rain & Weather Policy

Refunds due to rain or adverse weather will be issued only if the entire session is cancelled and no play takes place.

If the session proceeds and any portion of play has taken place, the session will be considered fulfilled and no refunds will be provided.

General

PV Club reserves the right to make adjustments to session format, scheduling, or court allocation where necessary for safety, operational, or weather-related reasons.
