HOW TO JOIN THE GAME 🏓🥒

Step 1: Send a request to join the upcoming session.

Step 2: Once your name is on the waitlist, secure your spot by making the payment using the QR code uploaded by the admin.

Step 3: Upload a screenshot of your payment confirmation.

Step 4: Your slot will be confirmed once the admin verifies your payment.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

- No refunds are available after your spot is confirmed.
- You can transfer your slot to a waitlisted or substitute player and coordinate the refund directly with them.
- Please notify the admin of any cancellations and replacements at least 6 hours before the session.
- Replacement players are only confirmed after admin approval.
- If no one takes your spot, the fee will be allocated to the club fund, as your reservation could have been offered to another member.
