Mode: Winners vs Losers - Winners play winners, losers play losers.
NOTE:
• NO WALK-INS ALLOWED
• Registration and payment required to secure a slot

How to Join:
1.) Request to join the meet
2.) Once waitlisted, pay the court fee using payment option above. Once payment is recieved you will be added to the confirmed players.

3.) Upload your payment receipt in the Payment tab or Session Chat
4.) Admin will approve your slot once payment is verified
5.) In cases where slots are already full you may apply your payment to a future session
Cancellation Policy
1.) No refunds for cancellations
2.) You may transfer your slot to a waitlisted player, or a substitute player of your choice
3.) You are responsible for collecting payment directly from the replacement
player
4.) Admin must be informed of:
• The cancellation, and
• The replacement player
5.) Deadline: 12:00 noon on the day of play
6.) Admin will update the roster once confirmed
7.) Replacements are only valid after admin approval


🌧Open Play Rain Policy
‣ If you've already played and the game was completed ➡️No reschedule
‣ If you weren't able to play due to rain ➡️ You will be rescheduled to the next Open Play.
