Improve your defensive skills with forehand, backhand and how to defend using the walls.

What to learn:

Forehand: Use correct grip, body positioning, swing path, and follow through. Training focuses on control, direction, and depth

Backhand: Use proper stance, preparation, and timing, with emphasis on stability and accuracy

Service: You will learn the importance of this shot as a starting point to build the point while maintaining the advantage of the attack. Positioning, transition to the net, how to cover spaces, different effects, etc.
