• Reserve Like a Pro! Once the schedule's up on ReClub, snag your spot ASAP-it's first come, first served!

• Secure Your Slot = Pay to Play e
- We drop the fee at 12:00 noon on
game day. It may vary depending on how many are in. Once you click "Accept," send your payment via Cash or cash to lock it in. O Cut-off for payment is 3:00 PM! If unpaid by then (and no heads-up for cash), you'll be tagged as ON-HOLD, and your slot goes to someone on the waitlist.

• Got to Cancel? We Get It! Just let us know before 12:00 noon on play day. Any later, and there's a P50 late cancel fee-it helps us fill your spot and keep the court full.

• No-Show? Uh-oh!
No notice = No Show = P100 fee
Already paid? You'll get a refund minus P100
Haven't paid? We'll kindly collect the P100 fee next time

• No Refunds / No Reschedules
Once the court's paid, it's locked
in. Can't make it? Let the organizers know ASAP, or find someone to take your slot. Sharing is caring!

• Waitlist Warriors Don't send payment unless you're officially IN.
Check ReClub after 3:00 PM to see if you've been bumped up from the waitlist-it happens fast!

• Can I Bring a Plus One? We love meeting new faces! Plus Ones are welcome if there's room-just check in with us first.
