Open Play Hampasan– RULES & GUIDELINES

1. 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝘆, 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲
Slots will be secured on a first pay, first serve basis. Your slot is only confirmed once payment is received.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦:
Request to join ➡️ Wait to be waitlisted ➡️ Pay ➡️ Send proof of payment on the session Chat ➡️ Wait for Host/s confirmation ➡️ Confirmed ✅

3. 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆
• If you need to cancel, please inform the organizer at least 12 hours before the meet time so your slot can be given to someone else.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start time are non-refundable but may be carried over to the next session.

• If the session is cancelled by the organizer due to bad weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, players may choose to receive a refund or have their payment credited to the next session.

4. 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱)
Games will follow the paddle stacking system:
• Place your paddle in the stack to queue for the next game.
• The next four paddles in the stack will play the following match.
• After each game, players leave the court and re-stack if they want to play again.

5. 𝗕𝗲 𝗢𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲
Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start so we can start the games smoothly.

6. 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗻 & 𝗕𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹
