HOW TO JOIN THE OPEN PLAY:

2️⃣ Send Payment

4️⃣ Wait for Confirmation in Reclub
5️⃣ Arrive at the Court
6️⃣ Check In with the Admin (To be included in the queue)
7️⃣ Queued via PickleQ
8️⃣ Play

QUEUE SYSTEM

We will use PickleQ for fair and transparent rotation.
• Players are added to the queue only after check-in.
• Games are played to 11 points.
• Queue order is visible to everyone.
• Live session and queuing link will be shared via Reclub and Messenger GC.

IMPORTANT NOTES

→ Please wear non-marking shoes.
→ Reclub confirmation is required to play.
→ Payment before play is strictly enforced.
→ Open Play fees are non-refundable.
→ Late notice or no-show = slot forfeited.
→ All players must check in with the admin upon arrival to be included in the queue.
→ Reschedule allowed for the next session only with at least 24-hour notice.
→ Players without confirmation may be accommodated only if slots are still available and payment is completed in Reclub before being added to the queue
