Signup Guidelines:

1. Request to join a particular meet.
2. Pay the court fee as stated above through gcash 09178417147 (Lippo)
3. Upload payment receipt in the “payment” tab.
4. Admin will approve once payment has been verified.
5. In case you will not be able to secure the slot because the slots are already full, refund will be given or you may inform admin to apply it on another scheduled meet. Provided, you can also successfully request for a slot in the next meet.

Cancellation policy:

1. No refund in case of cancellation.
2. However, Player may contact waitlisted player to take the slot and shall collect refund from them directly. In case no waitlisted player available, player may contact any other substitute player to take the slot. In case none can take the slot, payment shall be forfeited to the club fund.
3. Provided, Player must inform admin of their cancellation and which waitlisted or substitute player shall take the slot so admin can apply the changes NOT LATER THAN 3pm on the day of play. Admin has the right decline replacement for failure to comply with the deadline.
4. Admin shall remove player who cancelled and replace with the waitlisted/substitute player.
5. Waitlisted/Substitute player can only play once admin confirms the replacement of the slots.
