3 courts, 3 hours and 24 players only.
(NR players are welcome.)

Fee is fixed at ₱200.
Please pay via BDO/Gcash only when waitlisted and upload the receipt on the payment tab. (Do NOT send it to the group chat.) DO NOT PAY if slots are already FULL.

There is a cancellation freeze 24 hours before the meet.
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Rules for cancellation:
✅BEFORE the freeze period = automatic transfer to the next scheduled Open Play
❌DURING the freeze period = payment forfeited (but if host can find replacement, slot will be transferred to the next scheduled Open Play)

⚠️NO selling of slots. Please contact the host for concerns.

Pre-game Requirement:
✅ DUPR account connected to Reclub account
(Player will NOT be allowed to play unless this is met.)

Game Proper:
🔘 Players will be equally grouped based on current DUPR-rating.
🔘 Player’s first game is skill confirmation. After the first game, players may be permanently transferred to a different team based on actual skill assessment.
🔘 Player rotation by PickleQ.app (manual adjustments will be made if pairing is repeated)
🔘 Rock, Paper, Scissors to determine first server (0-0-2)
🔘 Change court at 6 points
🔘 Sudden death: Race to 11 points. No slides.

ALL matches will be uploaded and submitted by the Host to DUPR.
