How to Pay & Secure Your Spot

We want to make sure everyone has a great time, so please follow these steps!

🏦 Bank Details: Pickle Venture Sdn Bhd, PBB a/c no. 3242899920

✋🏼 Waitlist Rule: Please wait until the host adds you to the waitlist BEFORE you pay! 🙏 We want to make sure you have a spot first.

🧾 Proof of Payment: Once you've paid, upload your payment slip in the special PAYMENTS TAB. Please do not send the slip directly to the host—it makes tracking super messy! 🧐

✅ Confirmation: The host will officially confirm your spot by moving you to the Confirmed Player List.

⏳ Avoid Late Payment: To prevent the courts from getting too crowded (and to save us all the hassle of refunds!), please do not pay last-minute or if the session already says "Full House." 🛑

🎾 Game On! (Format & Rules)

Scoring: We use the exciting 15-point rally scoring system. 🔢

Tie-breaker: If you hit 14-14, it's sudden death—next point wins! 🤯

Rotation: We use a paddle stack system to keep the games rolling and ensure fair play for everyone. 🔄

📝 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Need to Cancel? If you need a refund or want to change your date, please request it within the set cancellation time window so we can consider it. 🗓️

Automatic Cancellation: If less than 4 players confirm attendance 1 hour before the session starts, we'll have to cancel automatically. 🥲
