Key Points to note :-

1. Courts Allocation
a) 3 courts (#9/10/11) are available for the session. The Hosts reserved the rights to allocate courts to ensure balanced skills level for optimum enjoyment.

2. Partnership Rotations
a) Everyone are free to choose their respective partner. Changing partners after every few matches are encouraged but not compulsory throughout the session.
b) Everyone is free to stack their paddles according to the foursome you like to play with.
c) The Hosts reserve the right to reallocate any stacks of paddles to ensure balanced skill level for better enjoyment of all.

3. Play Slot Confirmation
a) As this a DUPR Official session, only participants with DUPR Account will be accepted.
b) Approval of participants would be based on the discretion of the Hosts.
b) Approved players will be moved to Waitlist whereby Payment is due. Only those who have paid with proof of payment uploaded onto the payment tab would be confirmed for play.
c) Due to limited slots available, play slot confirmation will be based on “first pay first secure” basis, so players are advised to pay as soon as possible once approved into Waitlist to avoid last minute scramble for the limited slots.
d) DO NOT PROCEED with payment until after you are Approved into Waitlist. So please DO NOT PAY UPON REQUEST for this session.

4. Payment Method
a) Payment via TnG DuitNow or QR Code transfer - please refer to payment details in the Payment Tab.
b) Copy & paste the Payment Note from the Payment Tab onto your Payment Details section.
c) Take screenshot of your payment slip to upload via the Payment Tab to secure booking.

5. Refund Policy
a) No refund will be entertained.
b) Rescheduling may be allowed provided request is made within the stipulated cancellation window.
c) Maximum rescheduling period allowed is 4 weeks from the original date.
