2️⃣ Payment must be made first before we can confirm your slot.
3️⃣ Upload your proof of payment in the group chat.
4️⃣ Once confirmed you will be ready to play!

Cancellation Policy
❎ No Walk-ins
❎ No Refund
❎ If a player can no longer attend, it is their responsibility to find a replacement player for their slot. Any refund arrangements should be handled directly between the original player and the substitute player.

🙋‍♂️ Players will rotate using a Winners Stack / Losers Stack system. Winning pairs stay within the winners pool, while losing pairs rotate within the losers pool to maintain balanced and level-appropriate games.

-will follow paddle stacking
