• Bring your own paddle
• Balls are provided
• Games to 11 points
• Sudden death at 10–10 (no win by 2)
• Open Play managed via PickleQ (Mode: Winners vs Losers - Winners play winners, losers play losers. Natural skill sorting over time.)

📝 How to Join
1.) Request to join the meet
2.) Once waitlisted, pay the court fee using any payment option above
3.) Upload your payment receipt in the Payment tab or Session Chat
4.) Admin will approve your slot once payment is verified
5.) In cases whereI slots are already full, you may apply your payment to a future session

🔁 Cancellation Policy
1.) No refunds for cancellations
2.) You may transfer your slot to:
• A waitlisted player, or
• A substitute player of your choice
3.) You are responsible for collecting payment directly from the replacement player
4.) Admin must be informed of:
• The cancellation, and
• The replacement player
5.) Deadline: 6:00 PM on the day of play
6.) Admin will update the roster once confirmed
7.) Replacements are only valid after admin approval
