Open Play Guidelines

• Slots are confirmed only through the official Pickles Davao Reclub app
• Walk-ins are welcome if slots are available
• Slots are first-come, first-served
• Once full, additional players will be placed on the waitlist
• Payment is required to secure your slot

📌 Payment Deadline: March 4, 2026 | 12:00 PM
• Upload your e-receipt to Reclub’s chatbox for faster confirmation
• No refunds, but slots are transferable or may be rescheduled (subject to availability)
• Unpaid slots after the deadline will be offered to players on the waitlist
• If you can’t make it, please cancel at least 2–3 hours before play time so we can notify the next player
