Jika ada gangguan cuaca atau urusan coach yang mendadak sebelum sampai 30 menit setelah sesi dimulai, maka akan di reschedule. Namun, jika gangguan cuaca terjadi 30 menit setelah sesi dimulai, maka biaya akan dikembalikan 50%. Jika gangguan cuaca terjadi setelah 60 menit, maka tetap akan full payment.
