To maintain smooth, good-quality games and reduce long waiting times, we are strictly limiting participation to 36 players only.

Open Play fee:
₱150 per player

Scoring is strictly 1-11 only.

NOTE:
Applicable only if the Reclub is not yet full.

A P200 Walk-in Fee applies to players who did not request or were not accepted via Reclub.

How to Sign Up:
1. Request to join the meet.
2. Pay the court fee via:

3. To secure your slot, please complete your payment. Otherwise, you will be placed on the waitlist.
4. Upload your payment receipt in the “Payment” tab.
5. Admin will approve once your payment is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:
1. No refunds for cancellations.
2. If you can’t play, you may:
• Ask a waitlisted player to take your slot and get your refund from them directly, or
• Find another substitute player to take your slot.
3. You must inform the admin of your cancellation and the name of the substitute player no later than 5PM on the day of play. Admin may decline the replacement if the deadline is missed.
4. Admin will remove you and assign the substitute player to your slot.
5. Substitute players can only join once the admin officially confirms the replacement.
