The Gameplay:

Format: Ladder Run with Rotating Partners

First Match: Pairings and groups are totally random for game 1.

Moving Up/Down: Winners move up to face winners; losers stay or move down to face losers.

The Rules: 1 Set, Race to 11 (no sliding). Rock-paper-scissors for first serve (0-0-2). Matches are self-officiated—keep it fair and fun!

Once you confirm your slot, you must arrive on time and commit to playing all the games. Please do not withdraw after confirming, as it ruins the ladder format for the rest of the players trying to complete their sets.
