A 24-hour payment cut-off before the OP start time will be implemented for players with confirmed OP slots. Those who fail to complete payment within the cut-off will be moved to the waitlist.

This will also allow us to determine how many courts will be allotted for Open Play.

Same level will play with each other i.e. Novice and Intermediate/Advance.

📌 HOW TO JOIN

1. Tap REQUEST TO JOIN.

2. You will be automatically CONFIRM if slot is NOT FULL AND WAITLISTED IF SLOT IS FULL.

3. Tap MAKE PAYMENT, choose your payment option, and upload your proof of payment 💳 📸.

4. Upload receipt in the payment tab foe proper validation. Upload at OP chat and Direct PM of receipt will not be verified and confirm.

5. Only PAID participants will secure the slot. First to pay, first to confirm.

6. NO RESCHEDULE and NO REFUND ONCE SLOT IS CONFIRM

7. In case of unforeseen events and heavy rains, TRUGRIT PICKLEBALL Club reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the games. Players will be notified via the reclub app.

Reminder:
Open play participants are expected to know how to rally and know the game rules. First Game warm up only 3 dinks.
